Adventure is my middle name

So you may or may not have noticed that a whole lot of my old photos have disappeared.  I swapped over to Google photos with ALL my photos.  yes over 15000 photos (since digital photography entered my life in about 2004) are now in Google photos.  I can't yet share them with the family like I hope I can, but that's ok.  the functionality must come sooner or later.  and it has its benefits. but it also has its downside.  like my accidentally deleting most of the photos that were on blogger and included in posts.  I didn't realise I was doing it and i must have deleted the trash also because they are gone gone gone. I will try to retake as many as I can but some are not re-doable, so, OH well.  I hope you looked at them when you had the chance... Perhaps this warning will save someone else the drama??

I had an amazing time in Bali despite the interruptions of the Raung Volcano erupting and totally screwing up our plans.  Susan and Manning were supposed to come Wednesday but they didnt arrive until Sunday morning 3am.  I was scheduled to leave 7pm Sunday night. yes, about 12 hours together after 6 months apart!!  but we were miraculously blessed when my flight home was cancelled and we got a bonus 18 hours together.  Ive told the story so many times now, I will try to do it one more time for you all! Here I am on the plane... surprisingly it looked like most other planes.  I was excited.  I stayed one day in Kuala Lumpur and LOVED it there.  Want to go back and since many flights seem to stop there I will stay a few days next time instead of one whirlwind 24 hours.  however in that time I went to a night market and a morning market and found my way around on the monorail.  I met a woman who wants to be a guide for any future ...
